JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner was a domestic servant of co-accused Arbind Kumar, who took signature of the petitioner on so many papers and being Chairman of PACS obtained contract in the name of the petitioner. When everything was found during course of investigation against the co-accused Arbind Kumar, he was also made accused in this case, however, he was released on bail. The petitioner claims to be in custody since 4.04.2016 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Bhim Balak Jha is directed to be released
