JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2018. He further submits that similar circumstanced co-accused Sukdeo Uraon has been granted bail vide order dated 25.08.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 52271 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
