The petitioner, who is the husband of the complainant, is languishing in custody since 25.4.2016 in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Though in compliance of the order of this Court granting provisional anticipatory bail which was to be confirmed on substantial restoration of matrimonial harmony but the matrimonial harmony could not be restored, as such, the bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26771 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 of the petitioner was cancelled due to the lacks on the part of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Complaint Case No. 84/2013 (Trial No. 1438/2016).
