11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge - 1st, Jehanabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner has given emphasis on his argument that this petitioner is a juvenile, however, he submits that due to wrong legal advice the petitioner could not take a plea to this effect earlier and no step whatsoever has been taken under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and he therefore submits that the present application
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.101 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 may be allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
Liberty is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
