The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Biraul P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Biraul.
The allegation against the petitioner is that she in association of her family members is said to have killed her daughter-in-law by hanging her.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She has been falsely implicated in this case as she is mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature.

No.16835 of 2020(4) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 Learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that considering the seriousness of the allegation, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
