2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandhauti P.S. Case No. 229 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown accused persons booked Tata Indigo for Rs. 3,000/- and thereafter they have looted the vehicle.

4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. Charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2024. He
