Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter, he was remanded in this case from another case and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, Shankar Yadav, in whose confessional statement the name of this petitioner surfaced, has already been granted the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28587 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.23 of 2012.
