The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 646 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 307, 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act and 10(29)(1)/14, 16, 18, 20 of U.A.P.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.02.2019. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar @ Nitish Kumar. He has not been put up TIP. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused, the Court is inclined to
