The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 3145 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1573 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) 323, 341, 380, 420, 406, 147, 148 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Even notice has been served on learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 in the court below, no one has chosen to appear on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 to contest the matter.

Considering the fact that the matter is lingering since 2014, it would be appropriate and interest of justice, petitioner be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, it is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38605 of 2014 (6) dt.10-09-2015 thus directed that, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 3145 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1573 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
