====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 18.3.2022 at about 8 PM, the informant was coming back from Sitanabad and when he reached near the house of petitioner No. 3, on the instigation

No.24827 of 2024(3) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 of petitioner No. 3, petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 caught the informant and petitioner No. 5 struck on his head with edged weapon on account of which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Case and counter case.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case No. 95 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
