Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is seems that a vigilance case is already going on questioning the appointment of the petitioner, this F.I.R. is not maintainable in the light of the judgment passed in the case of T.T. Antony Vs. State of Kerala (2001) 6 SCC 181. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
