This is an application for bail in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 37((b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was in drunken condition and created disturbance and it appears that he is accused in another case of similar type.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for two months and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court upon him, if bail is granted. Heard learned APP also.

No.55844 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month at least for a period of one year, so that police may watch his conduct, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
