The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018, for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 414, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) IPC and Sections 25 (1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
