Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.278 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 145, 341, 323, 324, 379, 435, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons, are said to have assaulted the informant and her family members by means of lathi, danda and iron rod. It is also alleged that petitioners set the house of the informant on fire. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as

It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned court below. It is submitted that the police has not found any sign of setting fire at the place of occurrence.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners by submitting that the police found the case true.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
