2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the State-Respondents that in the meantime, charge-sheet has been submitted against one of the F.I.R. named accused and report in final form has been submitted against another F.I.R. named accused.

3. Since, charge-sheet and the report in final form respectively has been submitted on conclusion of investigation, at this stage no direction can be passed on the instant writ petition. The writ petition becomes infructuous on conclusion of investigation of the police case.

4. In view of such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
