The Court has gone through the rejection order and it upholds the direction issued by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya issued to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail. The direction was subsisting only for two weeks but the Court desires that if the petitioner surrenders in a further period of four weeks from today, the court below shall act to dispose of the petition by considering the individual allegation appearing against the petitioner and without looking to the sections of the offences and further without being influenced by rejection of petitions filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the above observation and direction to the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of.
