Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

He submits that the informant and the petitioner are next-door neighbour and parties have also entered into a compromise. The instant case was registered on account of land dispute between the parties.

The petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the

No.54667 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 05.11.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018.
