2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused and 2-3 unknown persons riding on motorcycles, having fire-arms in their hands,made indiscriminate firing in Bazar to create havoc and thereafter, fled away towards Dominiya Pool.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. In the alleged firing, no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Danapur (District - Patna) in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023.
