12-07-2016 Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State. The petitioner, who is in custody in Case No. 166c3 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false recovery of two bottles of country-made liquor, the petitioner has been made accused.
Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Md. Meraj Alam be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned court in connection with
