Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.26 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner's son married with the deceased after death of his first wife and both used to quarrel as a result of frustration she committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law, there is no accusation against him regarding demand of dowry and the specific allegation is against the husband.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Karu Chauhan is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56953 of 2017 (3) dt.16-01-2018 2 /2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.26 of 2017.
