Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2019 in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No.500/2019 registered under Section 394 of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the First Information Report with allegation he along with others committed loot but he was caught on the spot. Admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and according to prosecution case itself, the petitioner was caught by the villagers and police after three hours of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
