The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.332 of 2014 registered under Section 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, sister of the deceased, alleged that the petitioner along with others killed his brother. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the FIR, it is a case of last seen. Further it has been submitted that the Post Mortem Report do not show any external or internal injury upon the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the fact that it is a case of last seen and except for that, there is no other material against the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

No.22524 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No.332 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2l of the Cr.P.C.
