A minor girl, aged about 14 years (name withheld) disappeared while she had gone to market to purchase house holding articles and for that informant, her mother had shown finger against her son-in-law along with his two cousin brothers as well as against the petitioner and his family members. Victim has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. It is further evident that trial is going on. The order impugned disclosed examination of one P.W. who is informant of the case.

That being so, directing the trial court to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52911 of 2018 (2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 trial, in the background of the status of the victim to be minor. Prayer for bail is rejected.
