This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ekma P.S. Case No. 356 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/34/36/38/41 (i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
