The petitioner, who is in custody only since 5.4.2016 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 341, 347, 385, 387, 307, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and after coming to know about his false implication, he voluntarily surrendered and he is in custody.

I have perused the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. there is specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26785 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 accusation. I do not find any ground to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

The petition stands dismissed.
