2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manikpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 127(1), 118(1), 117(a), 109, 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 31.10.2024, in the morning, petitioner no. 1 abused informant in drunken condition and when informant's husband tried to pacify him, he tried to assault her husband upon which the informant informed the police and petitioner no. 1 fled away. It is further alleged that on the same date, in the afternoon, petitioner no.1 along with other accused persons came and assaulted informant's husband on his head with knuckle, due to which, he sustained injury.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are gotiyas. Case and counter case. No injury report has been brought on record by the prosecution as would be evident from the impugned order. Both the parties, being family members, have filed compromise petition before the Court below. Other two co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24321 of 2025. Petitioners are husband & wife and have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Manikpur Police Station Case No. 134 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
