Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During course of assault, the petitioner, allegedly, caused injury with dagger at the left side of chest of the informant. The Doctor has found incised wound at the left side of the chest up to cavity deep caused by sharp and penetrating weapon. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017. Investigation is already complete.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on framing of the charge or after three months from today whichever is earlier on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.695 of 2018 (5) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai OP) Police Station Case No. 154 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
