2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 5 to dispose of the representation dated 17.10.2019 (Annexure-7) filed by the petitioner after hearing the concerned parties keeping in view of Memo No. 1580 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.5904 of 2020(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 14.10.2007 issued under the signature of District Magistrate, Banka as well as different letters issued by the Director (Academic) Bihar School Examination Board Patna and further directions to the respondent no. 5 to pass reasoned order thereupon.

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction /direction fore which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct respondent no. 5 to dispose of the representation dated 17.10.2019 (Annexure7) filed by the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
