Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.348 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was found missing from the home along with Rs.20,000/- cash and jewelleries of her mother and it is suspected that the petitioner had enticed away his daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and it was a consensual relationship and petitioner's age was found by the medical board 16-17 years and the daughter of the informant was carrying pregnancy of 21 weeks 4 days and prior to this occurrence, she was pregnant.

No.56658 of 2017(4) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Bhola Sada is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, District Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.348 of 2017.
