Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
By order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 13210 of 2017, prayer for bail was refused with liberty to renew the prayer, if the trial is not concluded within six months. The report of the Trial Judge dated 25.01.2018 would reveal that the trial has not been concluded as yet.
Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60953 of 2017 (3) dt.07-02-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatauni Police Station Case No.116 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
