JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Simari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 392, 394, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that Bolero vehicle was recovered from a ditch behind Circuit House at Laheriasarai. It is further alleged that petitioner was apprehended from the place from where Bolero car was recovered.

It has been submitted that petitioner was not arrested with any looted articles. The petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.55494 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with G.R. No. 1196 of 2018 arising out of Simari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
