The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of getting appointment as ANM in the different health centers in the district of Siwan on the basis of forged nursing certificates.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners still claim that their certificates are genuine and now their services have been terminated.

Considering the facts that the petitioners are ladies and their services as ANM have already been terminated, let them be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33237 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.8 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
