JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section392 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19-02-2016. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
