JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.360 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120B of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they got themselves appointed on the certificate of other persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and they have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that after the enquiry the allegation was found against the petitioners that they have got

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28939 of 2019(7) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 themselves appointed in place of other and as such, petitioners does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, they may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
