JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of taking money upon him as the same is upon Ginni Parveen. Petitioner has been taken in custody on the ground that he came with the aforesaid co-accused Ginni Parveen for taking money as he has been allegedly introduced as Bank Manager. It is further contended that co-accused Ginni Parveen has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.4.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10829/2016. Petitioner claims that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 8.1.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Case No. 12/2016.
