The instant I.A. has been filed to allow the appellants to withdraw this First Appeal on the ground that outside the court the differences between the appellants and the respondents have been settled and as such the appellants do not want to proceed further with the instant appeal and seek permission to withdraw the same.

Heard Sri Bharat Lal, the learned counsel for the appellants. He submits that outside the court the dispute between the parties has already been settled and as such the appellants do not want to continue with this appeal.

Accordingly, the instant I.A. is hereby allowed.
