In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 176 of 2016 arising out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that Dablu Singh and two others came on motorcycle at the toddy shop of the Informant, threatened the Informant and took away his son on motorcycle but, when alarm was raised, all the three persons were apprehended along with the boy and the boy was saved.

From the order-sheet, it appears that the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27052 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 were arrested along with the boy.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners, namely, Kailash Chaudhary and Yogedra Chaudhary is rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from today.
