Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018 for the offence under sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.5.2018 and as such remained in custody for nearly four months.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
