2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2016 in connection with Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379, 354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by reason of family dispute between the parties and in the backdrop of Complaint Case No. 3248 of 2015 filed by the mother of the petitioner for the same offence.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations and the specific assault attributed to the petitioner on the head of the informant's niece which is supported by the injury report

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27313 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 showing such injury to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
