2. The petitioner, who is the complainant of Complaint Case No. 1942 of 2023, seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the learned court below vide order dated 18.11.2025, on the ground that the bail has been obtained by the opposite party nos 2 and 3, on the ground that the talks of compromise are going on between the parties, but this is not the correct factual position.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the application to move the concerned Court below for cancellation of the bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 and 3, by way of filing an appropriate application, and if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18604 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 month of its filing by the court below without being prejudiced by the fact that this application is permitted to be withdrawn.
