The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 304/2016 (Special Case No. 2543 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30/32/37/38(1) of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the petitioner is owner of the truck and very small quantity has been recovered from the truck and the petitioner has clean antecedents, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
