2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 739 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 385, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant with bracelet (kada) and took Rs. 4,700/- cash from his auto rickshaw.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Rahul Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22956 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 24.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24877 of 2024.
5. Having considered the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 739 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
