In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Nagar (Aurangabad Town) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioners are running shop of forged and fake forms as it does not disclose the advertisement number and other defects were also pointed out. It has further been alleged that the petitioners sold CRPF form but, the candidates found no arrangement for employment of CRPF. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27068 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 let the petitioners, namely, Md. Kalam and Ashlok Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nagar (Aurangabad-Town) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016.
