04-02-2017 Heard Sri Gajendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 1991 of 2013, which stood dismissed on 15-05-2013, due to non-prosecution. In the present restoration petition, a plea has been taken that the concerned Advocate, who was appearing in earlier restoration petition, had subsequently joined the service in Electricity Board and as such, the restoration petition stood dismissed. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the present petition, same is allowed. Let M.J.C. No. 1991 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
