Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is only false and misconceived as the marriage took place twelve years back. It has further been submitted that the daughter of the informant had herself taken step to commit suicide and the family of the petitioner had taken all efforts to give her better treatment but she could not be saved.
