Petitioner is named in the First Information Report but his name was disclosed by co-accused. Moreover, para-86 of the case diary goes to show that looted motorcycle was recovered in abandoned condition at Indo-Nepal Border. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Birpur, (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.188 of 2015.
