Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.
Petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the appointment of Assistant Professor, pursuant to Advertisement no. 50 of 2014, published on 12.12.2019 by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits reservation policy has not been followed at the time of making appointment, inasmuch as 06 candidates, who had secured higher marks, were not adjusted against the general category
Patna High Court CWJC No.6687 of 2019(4) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 seats, however they have been placed under their respective reserved category.

Admittedly, the petitioner is not amongst the aforesaid 06 candidates. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to show that the petitioner had participated in the said selection process. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in the present writ application, hence the same is dismissed. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) rinkee/- U
