Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nanpur P. S. Case No.130 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 457, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case. Both parties sustained injuries and injuries were found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54167 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
