The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 series to the present application. This is the fourth attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2014. He has remained in custody for about 5 and 1⁄2 years. There is no likelihood of trial being concluded in near future in spite of the directions being made by this Court. By order dated 08.10.2015, the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17466 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 was granted one year time to conclude the trial. Thereafter by order dated 10.05.2017 further four months time was granted to conclude the trial and by order dated 31.10.2018 further three months time was granted to the trial court to conclude the trial, but still the trial is pending.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge 8th, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No.101 of 2014 arising out of Ara Town P.S. case No.18 of 2014.
