The petitioner is accused in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and her dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that deceased, daughter of the informant, died due to snack bit and information in this regard was given to the informant and he also participated in the last funeral, but due to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27930 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 some ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 06.06.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VIth, Gaya in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016.
